Peaceful House 10 minutes from central Edinburgh

Bright & modern home set in a quiet crescent. This is such a great location for exploring Edinburgh & East Lothian. It's really easy to get into Edinburgh for Fringe Festival. As well as being close to Portobello & North Berwick, Queen Margaret University, Musselburgh lagoons, races & golf course. Nearby beaches & coastal walks . Private off site parking. Very well linked with transport, train is 6 minutes into central Edinburgh (10mins from my door to Waverley). Multiple bus links also. The space You will have a spacious sized double bedroom that's been recently redecorated. Room has a double bed, clothes hanging rail, side board as well as a folding table and chair if you need a desk/dressing table. Vanity mirror, hair dryer and towels of course provided. Modern shower room. Kitchen will all modern gadgets you're free to use (air fryer, Nespresso machine etc). Large front room/dining room with TV, sofa, dining table that can seat up to 8. Gorgeous sunny conservatory where there's further soft seating as well as an office space if you need an area to work from. South facing garden with outdoor table and parasol. Private off road parking Guest access You are more than welcome to use any area in the house apart from my bedroom of course :) During your stay I work hybrid so will either be indoors or in Edinburgh so on hand for local advice and tips either in person or happy for you to message me during your stay. Please help yourself to coffee, tea, cereals when staying and make yourself at home.
