The Gîte Campagne, located in the old outbuildings of the Logis, a 15th century building, welcomes you to the heart of the Charente countryside, between vineyards, rivers and typical villages. A place full of authenticity and calm, ideal for unwinding. The natural environment invites you to walk and discover the surroundings. A stay dedicated to well-being and relaxation. The space Located in the heart of the Charente countryside, our gîte comfortably accommodates up to 4 people in a peaceful and green setting. With an area of 60 m², it offers a bright and warm living space, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for meals in the sun or summer evenings. Inside, the cottage has a cozy living room with sofa, bookcase, TV and satellite channels (French and English), a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need to cook. It includes two bedrooms, each with two 80 x 200 cm single beds that can be joined into 160 x 200 cm (bed linen provided), a wardrobe, two bedside tables. One of the bedrooms overlooks the garden, the other overlooks the surrounding countryside. The bathroom has a shower, sink with cabinet and toilet. Towels are also provided. By staying in this cottage, you will also have access to the common areas of the estate: a heated outdoor pool (open in season from the end of May), a games room with foosball, billiards and darts, as well as an equipped gym. !!! IN ADDITION, you can enjoy a wellness area with heated indoor pool, spa and hammam, as well as a gas barbecue on request!!!
