Max occupancy: 6. o CHECK- IN : All guests must check in at WorldMark Surfside Inn. •Check-in: 4pm •Check-out: 10am •You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. •A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. •The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. •Pets are not permitted. •Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. •RV parking is not available on the property. •This resort has no elevators and stairs are required for all but the special needs units. •No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. •In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort, it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However, should the need arise to change your room, you will be advised at the time of check-in. •You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. In summer, spend your days fishing or out on the greens. When winter rolls around, settle in beside your fireplace to watch the squalls. No air conditioning Elevators Stairs to and in most suites Front desk hours are from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty.
