My house is set in a beautiful valley next to a stream with great views from the garden. Its a 5 minute walk away from the gorgeous village of St Just which has everything you need from a post office and a supermarket (open till 10pm every day) to a farmers market and pubs/restaurants serving good grub and live music. The coast is 15mins walk down the valley and you're about 20mins drive from quality surf breaks at Sennen and Gwenvor. The house is ideal for couples although it sleeps three. The space The house and its facilities favour independent-minded folk with simple tastes. The house is priced accordingly and what I charge has not increased for the last 4 years, although I obviously have no control over AirBnB's price rises. This is my house. I live in it outside of the holiday season and its facilities therefore reflect what I consider to be adequate for full-time living and therefore certainly adequate for holiday accommodation. If there are things that you consider essential for your stay, I advise you to enquire about their availability before you book The outhouse at the back of the house is a space shared between guests (who may use the washing machine) and any resident of the large shed behind the outhouse (for whom the use of the shower and toilet is reserved but who also may use the washing machine). More generally, the back of the house is a common space with access shared between all the people that live in the terrace. The house sleeps 3 maximum. Any extra people sleeping over without prior agreement will be charged £50/night.
