Sualma: a unique holiday home (12 to 14 people)

Welcome to “Sualma”, a stylish, ecological and inclusive holiday home situated along a centuries-old sunken road. The house has a beautiful view of the Zwalm valley with forest and meadows as its closest neighbours. The house was timelessly furnished for guests looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay with friends or family. The ground floor and the garden are accessible for people with reduced mobility, old or young, for buggies, walkers, wheelchairs… The space The house has 3 spacious bedrooms for 4 guests each. There is also a mezzanine with a comfortable sofa bed. Room 1 has a double electric box spring and a bunk bed. Room 2 has a twin bed and 2 single beds. Room 3 has 2 double beds. Guest access The entire house with its 3 spacious bedrooms, mezzanine with sitting area and sofa bed, sitting area, equipped kitchen, storage are at the disposal of our guests. Also a large garden (10 ares), sun loungers, garden furniture for 14 people, the sauna, an outdoor shower and bicycle storage for 10-12 bicycles with charging points. There is a charging station for electric cars. Other things to note The price is all-in: made beds, cleaning, energy, basics for the kitchen (oil, herbs, kitchen roll, sugar, coffee, tea), wood for the sauna and fireplace, a welcome gift and 12% VAT. Each guest receives bath linen (1 washcloth, 1 small towel, 1 large towel and 1 hammam towel for the sauna per guest), bed and kitchen linen are also provided. Sualma is a real family and friends house, for nature lovers who look for quietness. Unfortunately, (bachelor) parties and pets are not allowed. One week before arrival we ask you to pay a deposit of 400 euro.
