Located between the Rennes St Malo - Rennes St Brieuc axes 6 min from Pacé and in the immediate vicinity of the ring road. The space In the extension of our house, you will stay in this 40 m2 studio, renovated with care. Our accommodation is composed of: a living room with kitchen and lounge area. a cozy bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet an outdoor area that will allow you to enjoy the countryside. Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed, The sofa bed: 1.5 place can accommodate one adult or two young children. Your bed will be made and towels are provided. For stays of 1 to 2 nights, we provide coffee, tea or herbal tea. No pets or parties allowed. Non-smoking studio. Note: There is no TV and the internet can sometimes be capricious. Late check-in possible: the entrance is independent with access to a key box. For stays of less than 5 nights, cleaning is not your responsibility. Guest access Self check-in with a key box.
