To get there, there is a staircase from the 3rd floor down. Parking is in guest parking. Guest access One bedroom and the storage rooms are closed off and should not be used by the guests Other things to note A cat normally lives 🐈‍⬛ here that will not be at home when renting The following rules apply: -No animals - No smoking - No partying and loud noise / music (quiet from 10 pm) - please treat my home nicely and consider the neighbors. What to do at checkout: - Garbage is thrown in cans outside on top of stairs - beddings and towels are placed in washing machine - Dishwasher should be turned on - Kitchen and bathroom at checkout should be tidy and clean - Vacuum cleaner can be found in the closet in the laundry room - Windows and doors should be locked when you are away from the apartment and at checkout
