The space Huge, 2 level home with 2 separate units and driveways (this is the lower level). Enjoy a peaceful, beautiful getaway. Guest access You will have the entire lower level and lower driveway. That is where your separate entrance is. Our guests always tell us how peaceful it is. Other things to note Sunset Drive is just off E Rezanof Drive, down a short, well maintained, gravel road. You will be staying on Sunset Drive, just minutes away from Mill Bay Beach. Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park is just a mile down the road. We’re just 6 minutes away from downtown Kodiak and just 14 minutes from the Kodiak airport. We have kayaks available for your use and vehicles to rent as well.
