The space Ideal for families, couples, or a getaway with friends, the house features: • A spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area • Separate lounge with Large 4K Smart TV • A generous super king master bedroom with an ensuite and working space • A comfortable king bedroom • A large double bunk room with 4K Smart TV, 2 queen beds and 2 top king single bunks for children/small adults • Spacious main bathroom, with double basin. • Extensive indoor-outdoor flow • Alfresco lounge perfect for sunset viewing and stargazing • BBQ area Positioned on a fully fenced hectare and less than a 5-minute drive (or taxi) from Martinborough Square. Enjoy all-day sun with stunning rural views stretching to the Tararuas. Fully-equipped kitchen, new beds, and modern fittings ensure a luxurious stay, including ducted heat pump throughout the house, Smart TVs for streaming and Wi-Fi. For your ease, we provide: • Coffee maker, beans and grinder • Basic kitchen items (i.e. salt, pepper, oil, sugar, seasonings) • Shampoo, conditioner and body wash • Hair dryer in each bathroom • Full laundry, including ironing board and iron • Towels and bed linen We are available to answer questions and recommend local wineries, transport, restaurants and attractions to ensure you make the most of your escape.
