Welcome to our new and modern vacation home with underfloor heating, fireplace, fenced garden and e-charging station. Ideal for your relaxing and restful Baltic Sea vacation on the Flensburg Fjord. Other things to note This lovingly furnished wooden vacation home on the Flensburg Fjord is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation or a break with a dog. A small entrance area (with a practical, hidden utility area and washing machine) leads into the spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that create a lot of light and space. A cozy fireplace provides cozy warmth on cooler days. The comfortable couch overlooking the garden, an armchair with stool and the large dining table invite you to spend time with the family – playing, reading or just relaxing. The open, fully equipped kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living room and offers direct access to the terrace. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, oven, kettle, waffle iron, raclette and much more. You will also find a classic filter coffee machine (filter bags size 4) – perfect for a leisurely start to the day. In the fenced garden with garden furniture you can have breakfast, relax or end the evening with a barbecue. Lawn maintenance is done by a lawn mowing robot - individual settings are possible by arrangement. There are a few mobile garden games (including Viking chess, ring throwing) and for families with young children there is a great playground (with swings, cable car, sand court, playhouse) in the nearby neighborhood and within walking distance. The house has two comfortable bedrooms: One room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 in, continuous mattress) and a TV, and another room with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm / 35 x 79 in). You choose: We offer you the option of bringing your own linens to help keep the cost of your vacation manageable. Alternatively, we will be happy to provide you with our linen package (bed linens and towels) as an option – whichever best suits your travel plans. The modern bathroom offers a floor-to-ceiling shower (with shower curtain), towel and floor heating, modern washbasin, hairdryer and daylight window. All rooms have underfloor heating - in the living room there is also a fan for warm summer days. For guests with an electric car, an electric charging station/Wallbox is available at the property (billed according to usage, €0.50/kWh). Vacation with your dog at the Flensburg Fjord: Four-legged friends are welcome! The garden is completely fenced, so dogs can play safely and relax. Wonderfully quiet walking routes start on the doorstep and the dog beaches are a short drive away (about *contact info removed* min.). There is a small additional fee for staying with a dog.
