Other things to note A ground-level, modern living area with a comfortable couch awaits you in the Strandquartier L. A. A flat-screen TV and cozy dining area ensure relaxed getaways. The separate, well-equipped kitchen has, among other things, a dishwasher, oven and ceramic cooktop (with range hood), and an electric kettle. In the kitchen, you will also find a classic filter coffee machine (filter bags size 4) – perfect for a leisurely start to the day. Bedroom No. 1, with a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2m) overlooking the garden, is bright and tastefully decorated. A large wardrobe has plenty of storage space. The bathroom is right next door. The second bedroom is furnished with a pull-out bed (1.60 x 2m), wardrobe and cozy rocking chair, as well as a small desk. The modern bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine has underfloor heating and windows. You choose: We offer you the option of bringing your own linens to help keep the cost of your vacation manageable. Alternatively, we will be happy to provide you with our linen package (bed linens and towels) as an option – whichever best suits your travel plans. The modern designed garden with 2 terraces, is equipped with garden furniture and a gas grill. From the elevated wooden deck you can catch a small view of the sea. Dear dog lovers: Dog(-e) are welcome! However, stay (€5.00 dog/night) and cleaning (€25.00) we charge extra. Not only should you feel comfortable with us but also your(-e) dog(-e). For this, we are happy to provide a small welcome greeting with welcome treats and gas bags. But you will also find many tips on animal swimming fun and hiking pleasure or restaurants in which dogs are welcome, in the information folder. In addition, you will find countless sticks for playing on the edge of the path and the dog beach of Langballigau almost right around the corner. The garden is wonderfully planted but not completely fenced. Dear cyclists: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a lockable storage facility for e-bikes and bicycles. The bikes would have to be parked in the garden behind the house.
