Authentic Alsatian house, close to Basel

Nestled in the hollow of a village, come and enjoy the calm of this small and authentic Alsatian house from the early 1700s, just a few minutes' drive from Basel. Please note: for the month of July, we only accept bookings of a minimum of one week. The space House of approximately 70 m² (753 sq. ft.) on 2 levels with On the ground floor: - Entrance leading to the kitchen, access to the upstairs, and the "living room," as we like to call it :) - Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine/dryer + everything you need to cook - Living room consisting of a dining area for 4 people as well as a lounge with a TV. Upstairs: - Bathroom with WC and window - towels included. - 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and the second with 2 single sofa beds (80 cm). Bed linen included Outside: - Partially covered terrace - Small garden. Bonus: If you arrive at the right time, you can enjoy strawberries and raspberries. Free Wi-Fi Piano (not very well tuned ^^') Note: The second floor is not accessible to guests. Guest access Note: the staircase that leads upstairs is rather steep (as in an old peasant house). I prefer to entrust our house to people with up-to-date profiles, with comments :) Feel free to introduce yourself when you book: we like to meet new people ^^. Pets are allowed "subject to conditions". Please specify the size and temperament of your pet when booking. The animal is your responsibility throughout the stay and cannot be left alone in our home in your absence. We will be present at the handover of the keys and we reserve the right not to follow up if the description does not correspond to reality. No parties or evening events are accepted. We want to preserve the calm of this environment. Other things to note This is our real home. Please take care of it and respect it... Please bear in mind that our small village is rural and that there are no shops there. However, there are 2 restaurants! Public transportation is also very infrequent. That's why a car is essential to reach the accommodation and get around! There is an excellent bakery and a supermarket in the neighboring village (Hagenthal-le-Bas), a short drive away. If needed and for an additional fee, we can also do some shopping for you to prepare for your arrival. The €30 cleaning fee mainly covers the provision of linens and bed sheets. We expect to find our house as clean as it was when it was entrusted to you :)
