Nestled in the hollow of a village, come and enjoy the calm of this small and authentic Alsatian house from the early 1700s, just a few minutes' drive from Basel. Please note: for the month of July, we only accept bookings of a minimum of one week. The space House of about 70 m² on 2 levels with On the ground floor: - Entrance serving the kitchen, access to the upper floor and the "living room" as we like to call it :) - Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine/dryer + everything you need to cook - Living room consisting of a dining area for 4 people and a living room with a TV. Upstairs: - Bathroom with toilet and window - towels included. - 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and the second with 2 single sofa beds (80 cm). Bed linen included Outside: - Partially covered terrace - Small garden. Bonus: if you arrive at the right time, you can enjoy strawberries and raspberries. Free Wi-Fi Piano (not very tuned ^^') Possibility to charge your electric car for an extra fee Note: the 2nd level is not accessible to guests. Guest access Note: the staircase that leads upstairs is rather steep (as in an old peasant house). I prefer to entrust our house to people with up-to-date profiles, with comments :) Feel free to introduce yourself when you book: we like to meet new people ^^. Pets are allowed "subject to conditions". Please specify the size and temperament of your pet when booking. The animal is your responsibility throughout the stay and cannot be left alone in our home in your absence. We will be present at the handover of the keys and we reserve the right not to follow up if the description does not correspond to reality. No parties or evening events are accepted. We want to preserve the calm of this environment. Other things to note This is our real home, which we make available to you because we keep company with a 92-year-old gentleman 15 minutes away. Take care of it and respect it please... Please consider that our small village is rural and there are no shops. On the other hand, there are 2 restaurants! Public transportation is also very sparse. That's why a car is essential to reach the accommodation and get around! An excellent bakery and supermarket are located in the neighboring village (Hagenthal-le-Bas) a few minutes away by car. If necessary and for an additional fee, we can also do your shopping to prepare for your arrival. The 28 euros cleaning fee mainly corresponds to the supply of linen and sheets. We expect to find our house in the state of cleanliness in which it was entrusted to you :)
