Take a break in a rustic, cosy studio in the bush at the edge of the Castlemaine Diggings National Park and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A fully self- contained studio at the edge of Castlemaine Diggings National Park nestled in it's own secluded court yard with sprawling permaculture gardens and green space surrounding it. Located 7kms from central Castlemaine, 2.5kms from Expedition Pass Reservoir- the favourite local swimming spot- and a central place for exploring the Goldfields Trails. The space Exposed timber sleepers give an organic, Japanese temple feel to the entry ways of the layout which is minimal while having everything you need. The bed room has a king sized bed with silky bamboo blend sheets with a linen cover set and a Tontine heated topper to keep you cosy . The lounge area has comfortable couches with cushions and cosy throw blankets to snuggle up with, a table set for your dining and working needs and gas heating to keep you warm. The kitchen windows look out to bushland from the porcelain farm style kitchen basin set in the rustic timber bench tops. There is a vintage style fridge, a microwave, multi-function toaster oven, hot plate, toaster and kettle as well as wabi-sabi influenced bowls, plates, serving bowls, mugs and wine glasses and a teapot, chopping board, cutlery, various cooking implements, bottle opener and coffee grinder and percolator.
