House combination 3 (Luke & Lea)

Our new vacation home with 2 separate halves (often booked together) is ready! It is just minutes from the beautiful beach Eckwardenerhörne. Shopping and restaurants are also right next door (only 2 minutes on foot). This house is 2 separate semi-detached houses (Lea and Luke), which can either be rented individually (for a maximum of 10 people) or together (for max. 20 people) can be booked. The space This is both halves of the house, i.e. the entire house. Both halves of the house are identical and equipped as follows: Ground floor left half of the house - Living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen - Fireplace room with sofa bed - Playroom for the little ones - Guest bathroom with shower - Utility room with free washer & dryer Upper floor left half of the house - Sleeping 1: double bed (box spring) + sofa bed - Bedroom 2: double bed (box spring) + sofa bed - Bedroom 3: double bed (box spring) - Baby travel cot with mattress - bathroom with shower Ground floor right half of the house - Living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen - Fireplace room with sofa bed - Playroom for the little ones - Guest bathroom with shower - Utility room with free washer & dryer Upper floor right half of the house - Sleeping 1: double bed (box spring) + sofa bed - Bedroom 2: double bed (box spring) + sofa bed - Bedroom 3: double bed (box spring) - Baby travel cot with mattress - bathroom with shower From the balcony you can enjoy a great view of the dike in absolute comfort! Note: There are NO additional costs for electricity/gas/water. In addition, NO security deposit will be charged. The house is furnished from A to Z. Special emphasis was placed on a coherent overall concept, so it is guaranteed to meet every taste. Everything is available for an unforgettable vacation on the North Sea. Bed linens and towels can of course also be ordered at a low price. Above all, we thought of the four-legged friends. Everything is prepared for the furry friends (dog bowls, dog blanket). Up to 2 dogs are welcome per half of the house (i.e. a total of 4 dogs). There is a spacious garden for both halves of the house, which is completely fenced. Children will also find great surprises, such as the large play tower with sandpit. There is also a heated wooden pool, which can also be used in colder seasons (use for a small fee). In the garden in front of the house, there is a spa area with a great Finnish garden sauna (use for a small fee) with a rain shower and relaxation options. There is also a lockable equipment room where e-bikes can be charged and safely parked. There is enough parking space for 4 cars RIGHT by the house. There is no other cost for electricity. A security deposit will also not be charged. The use of the garden sauna or hot tub is €49 each for the entire stay.
