The space There are two homes on the property, and with your reservation, you’ll have exclusive access to both, including the outdoor kitchen, pool, and parking. The space is yours to enjoy in complete peace and privacy. Please note: the property accommodates a maximum of 18 guests total to ensure a safe, comfortable, and fun experience for everyone. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay, with the exception of the storage building located in the center of the grounds. The nightly rate includes up to 12 guests. We allow a maximum of 18 guests total on the property, including both daytime and overnight use. If your group has more than 12 guests, an additional fee of $20 per person per night will apply, automatically calculated through Airbnb. This fee applies to all individuals, including children. To help us prepare for your stay and ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, we require the full names of all guests prior to arrival. If there are any changes to your guest list before or during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note: no unregistered visitors are allowed on the property at any time. Security at the entrance is strict and will only permit entry to those listed on the reservation. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all guests, respect our neighbors, and help us maintain the property in excellent condition. Other things to note To access the community beach and clubhouse, guests will need entry passes. We provide 18 passes for our guests at no additional cost. These passes grant access to the clubhouse, club pools, and the private community beach. The clubhouse and beach are conveniently located just a 3-5 minute drive or a 20-minute walk from the rental.
