This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. We have renovated this house with all our heart. It sits in the Parc du Perche, at the edge of the forest of Tourouvre. It can accommodate 5 people and a baby. No vis-à-vis or shared ownership. Enclosed property: children can play freely. An ideal base for enjoying walks in the forest and the charming small towns of the Perche region (Mortagne, Bellême, etc.). Ideal for working from home, with fiber Wi-Fi and a private connection. The space A large, bright and functional kitchen. Two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed 160 X 200 and one bedroom with a double bed 160 X 200 + a single bed 90 X 190). A baby cot is available upon request, with real mattress, mattress pad and mattress cover (no blanket or pillow) Please note that there are steps to climb to the accommodation as well as a series of steps to access the bedrooms. Bathroom with large shower. A separate toilet. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. The coffee machine is a Senséo. A few coffee pods and tea bags are available. Games and books on site, for children and adults alike! Two parking spots in front of the accommodation. Baby equipment on request: baby bed, baby bath, highchair and changing table.
