Quiet homestay in Montaigu

This accommodation offers easy access to popular shops and restaurants. Very well located for the Montaigu football world, 5 minutes' walk and 15 minutes from the SNCF train station. I am new to hosting, I am a young owner very attentive to all your comments in order to improve your stay. I offer a terrace area for lunch, an equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), a small living room, and a bedroom with a double bed. The space The Airbnb is being continuously improved, work began in April 2025, starting with the bathroom. The living room and bedroom will be done soon. This will allow me to improve your comfort. Guest access To access the Airbnb, you'll need to go around the house. A lockbox is attached to a post in the courtyard (the code will be communicated the night before). The keychain includes a small key for the outer curtain and a larger one for the door. Posters will be hung to guide you. If you need me on the day, you can contact me. During your stay Please contact me if you need any information through Airbnb messaging. Other things to note Dear guest(s), Welcome to my little guest room. I hope you had a safe journey here! I leave in your hands a small part of my cocoon, including a terrace area (view of my wooded garden, on which you can have your breakfast), a small living-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and equipped with a closet in which you can store your luggage. Next to this room is a small hallway under my staircase with shelves and a coat rack. All of this is fully privatized for you. You will find another door next to the flipper (lockable door from the inside) allowing you to access the kitchen and bathroom with toilet. During your overnight stay, a curtain will separate the room where the kitchen and my laundry room are located in two, allowing you to keep your privacy. The bathroom is lockable from the inside as well. The door between the fridge and the kitchen provides access to my personal garage. It is therefore forbidden to enter (attention: Verisure alarm in the garage). This large room including your kitchen and my laundry room is subject to a right of way for myself and my daughter (allowing us to access the garage or garden). It goes without saying that when you are present we will make sure to pass through as little as possible. In the kitchen you will find a SENSEO coffee machine with coffee pods as well as tea and infusions. Team sugar (or no sugar) you will also have it at your fingertips! IMPORTANT: Out of respect for future guests and Airbnb, smoking is strictly forbidden within the Airbnb. I'm counting on you 😉. When you leave, please gather in the basket provided for this purpose the bedding you may have used (towel, washcloth, etc.).
