The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building, it is composed of a few apartments where people live year-round: students, retirees and a family (hence the importance of respecting the tranquility of the neighbors). This cozy, quiet and bright three-room apartment is ideally located and measures 60 m². It offers the following amenities: - High-speed Wi-Fi / Smart TV - Fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, toaster) - A high table with 2 chairs - A dining table with four chairs as well as many cupboards and storage. - Crockery, pots and cooking utensils. - An "Office" space to work in peace. - 2 quiet bedrooms, with large double bed and dressing room - Bathroom with shower, sink, storage furniture, towel dryer and hair dryer. - Toilet. - Roller shutters on windows - Ironing board and iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner. LINEN AND BASIC PRODUCTS When you arrive, you will find linens and basic products in the apartment. Regarding linens: - The bed will be made with clean linen for your arrival. - 1 bath towel, 1 floor mat for the bathroom - 2 tea towels for the kitchen, Regarding basic products: - Toilet paper - 1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge, 1 dishcloth - Coffee and tea will be offered for your arrival. - Some household cleaning products for everyday use - Salt, pepper. Other things to note We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. CAUTION: - CLEANING: You will only need to remove the sheets, pillowcases and put them in the bathroom with the towels and tea towels used. - Please store your clean dishes in the cupboards. - Please empty your garbage cans before you leave and place them in the garbage containers in the garbage room located in the first door on the left when entering the building. Cleaning is done systematically at the end of your stay, which is why we charge you a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of your stay. - only one set of keys is given to tenants for their stay, it is not possible to have several.
