The finca is located away from the city center 5 km from the beach. Only the bedroom is air conditioned, the living room and kitchen have a ceiling fan. Parking for cars and motorcycles available. Only the apartment is private. The space The apartment, built on a single floor, is private and consists of 1 fully furnished living room and 1 kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed, in the living room there is a queen size sofa bed. All spaces are equipped with a ceiling fan. The finca consists of 3 apartments and can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. The apartment is completely private, while the outdoor areas, the swimming pool, the garden and the parking are shared with other guests. Guest access Guests have access to a private apartment located in a shared finca. The entire outdoor area is shared with other guests of the finca. All guests of the finca have access to the swimming pool, garden and parking. Other things to note The finca is located in the countryside, in an area far from the city center, on the side of a main road, convenient for getting around easily by car. The village of S'Aranjassa is 700 meters away, Can Pastilla and the beach are 5 km away, the airport is 6 km away (1.5 km as the crow flies), and Palma de Mallorca is 13 km away. Only the bedrooms have air conditioning for hot and cold air; the rest of the apartment does not have heating. Portable heaters are not available. Energy is limited to 9kW; it is not possible to use all the air conditioners together with other appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, hair dryers, etc. The water is not drinkable. The Wi-Fi does not have fiber optics, so it does not work for downloading videos or watching movies online. Charcoal for the charcoal BBQ is not included. Guests are required to keep common areas clean and tidy. Toilet paper will be provided only upon check-in. Detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher is not available.
