Garroch House is a modern yet homely Bed and Breakfast located in the beautiful village of Fiscavaig on the West coast of the Isle of Skye. Nestled in the surrounding hills and crofts, our aim is to offer a homely, welcoming and comfortable stay for all our guests. A home away from home, Garroch House offers two luxury bedrooms with double beds, making for a private and peacefull place to return after a busy day of sight seeing. The space Garroch house is situated in the lovely village of fiskavaig. Fiskavaig is an amazing location, a walkers /photographers dream,perfect for exploring and watching the wildlife. we have two beaches close by, Fiscavaig bay 1.5 miles(15 minutes walk)away and Taliskers beach 5 miles (approximately 50 minutes walk)away, both beaches are accessible by car and foot. we are also about 10 miles (30 minutes drive)from Glenbrittle beach and the famous fairy pools. at the foot hills of the cullin we are located near the beautiful picturesque village of carbost,it is the home of the renowned Taliskers distillery, There is also the well known Old Inn which offers generous portions of locally sourced food and traditional live music at least once a week, creating a lively welcoming atmosphere Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchens seating area to relax in and there are also a number of boardgames for use, also you are welcome to use the garden area where there is seating for you to sit and take in the wonderfull view During your stay I am always available in person or by phone for help or advice Other things to note being a bed and breakfast we dont allow guests to use the kitchen to cook their own meal we do however allow use of the microwave to warm up food to be eaten in the kitchen as food is not allowed in the bedrooms
