The space This property boasts a beachfront view in the heart of El Nido. Guests will be a stone throw away from everything- restaurants, dive shops, boutiques, etc., while in the comfort and privacy of the apartment. Amenities: It has all the amenities for guests to enjoy: Fully equipped mini-kitchen with cooking appliances (microwave, induction cooker, electric pot, refrigerator, bottom load water dispenser with complimentary purified water, Dining area for 4 people, an air-conditioned bedroom with two full sized beds in duvet sheets, a living room with comfortable couch and 55" TV with Netflix and Youtube premium subscription, a reliable internet connection by starlink, and a balcony to spend your afternoons. For your convenience, the following are also provided: *Complimentary purified water on the dispenser *Bath essentials-bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap *Coffee and Tea *House Slippers Accessibility: The property is a second floor unit with own perimeter gate for privacy. It is accessible only by stairs so guests with limited mobility should consider this with booking. We are located on a street that is a designated walk-zone on certain times of the day, but is a short 2-3 minute walk from the adjacent streets. Tricycle lane (tuktuk) and the seaport are also a 2-minute walk. Island tour jump-off area is right in front of the property. Back-up power is available with Bluetti power station for lights and fan during power outage. Please be advised, however, that shower heater and air-conditioning unit will not be working during this time. Likewise, the use of heat generating appliances such as the induction cooker, microwave, electric pot, and hot water dispenser is highly discouraged to prolong the power station battery. Guest access Guests may use the entire property, except the storage room that is kept locked by the host. Other things to note For guests arriving later than 8pm, inform your host so we can arrange how to hand you out the keys. Orientation and registration will be done the following day. Cleaning request is available at Php300.00 per request For your convenience, the following can be arranged: *Private car pick-up/drop-off from LIO Airport to property and vv at Php1,500.00/trip *Private car pick-up/drop-off from Puerto Princesa Airport to property and vv at Php7,000.00/trip *Island Hopping Tours: Tour A= Php1,200.00/pax Tour B= Php1,300.00/pax Tour C= Php1,400.00/pax Tour D= Php1,200.00/pax Inclusion: Guided island tour by a licensed tour agency with lunch.
