Twenty minutes to Disney. 1100sf house is very clean and comfortable. Located on the west side of Orlando in Winter Garden, which has a beautiful, quaint downtown area. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with easy access to everywhere in Orlando. Perfect resting place for your Florida stay. Please make yourselves at home in the living area and kitchen as well as our back patio, garden and grill. Our front-load washer and dryer are in our garage. You are welcome to use laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Feel free to cook, use dishes, silverware, anything in the fridge. Just please be sure to clean up after yourself. You have access to the house and backyard garden and grill. At times we'll be available in person to check you in and offer any tips on the area, but if not, you can always reach us by phone and/or text with any questions or concerns you may have. Most often we are out of town, but have friends close by who can help if needed. There are 2 grocery stores (Publix and Aldi) right outside our subdivision. There is a Walgreens, CVS, and 7-11 within a block. Within minutes is the lovely downtown of Winter Garden with excellent restaurants and shops. Our favorite restaurants are Tasting Room (tapas and wine), Chef's Table (high end), Winter Garden Pizza (casual), Market to Table. Great coffee at Axum Coffee. We have a 22-mile biking/walking trail about 5 minutes away called the West Orange Trail. You may encounter peacocks or an exotic animal farm if you walk west and you will pass through Main Street Winter Garden if you walk/bike east. Bike rentals are available. We are also between 20-30 minutes from area attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc. as well as downtown Orlando. A car is the best way to get around (Uber is great). This is our private residence which we list here when we are out of town traveling for business. The office door is closed/private. The guest bedroom is completely vacant, the closet and drawers are for your use. The master bedroom has a few of our things in the back of the closet and in the dresser drawers. We trust our guests to not remove or use our private things. However, in the main part of the house, you are welcome to read our books/magazines, use our record player, and any kitchen ware. We just ask that you care for our things as if they were yours and put back/clean as you found them. We want our guests to feel at home and comfortable during your stay.
