Within walking and transport distance are the Beach, Shkembi and Golem areas with beaches and a variety of cafes and restaurants. The space Living in OLIVIA, you will feel cared for and comfortable. This is a large, bright, zoned studio apartment. You will be able to enjoy high-speed wi-fi internet, SMART TV, air conditioning and other things that will make your vacation serene. The functional kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. On the large balcony there is an area for your relaxation after a long day on the beach or after a sightseeing trip around Albania. In the bedroom you will find a double bed with a new mattress. A comfortable fold-out sofa will add to your relaxation. We provide bed linen and towels for shower and beach. We always take care of the cleanliness of the accommodation and the comfort of our guests and provide toiletries for the first time in the apartment. To make your stay more comfortable, we can pick you up at the airport in our car and bring you to the apartment, as well as take you to the airport at an attractive price. Other things to note The Rotondo residential complex is located in a quiet area of PLEPA, a short distance from the congested Plazh area. The OLIVIA studio apartment is located on the 9th floor of an apartment building and has a magnificent view from the windows and a spacious balcony. The distance from the apartment to the nearest clean well-maintained beach is 300 meters. This is the territory of the Tropical resort. Entrance to the territory is free, sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee, guests also have access to the resort's infrastructure - 2 swimming pools, cafes and restaurants. The house has a minimarket, 2 cafes, currency exchange, ATMs, pharmacy. A vegetable shop, restaurants and bakery are within a 5-minute walk from the house. The house has Durrës-Plepa and Durrës-Golem bus stops for trips to the city center to the sights or other beaches of Durrës. Toiletries are provided for the first few days to help you quickly settle in upon arrival. Cleanliness is very important for us. After each stay, we thoroughly clean the apartment with disinfectants. Smoking, parties, candles and open flames are not allowed in the apartment. Please note that sun loungers and umbrellas on the beaches are available for a fee.
