The Greenhouse

Our family worked to restore this arts and craft style home with the hope that it will be a peaceful place for guests to stay and enjoy quality time together. We hope that you make memories playing shuffleboard, board games, or retro video games; escaping up to the whimsical loft accessed via a spiral staircase to read a good book; making a meal together in the kitchen complete with 2 restored retro Thermador ovens; or relaxing by a fire in the fenced-in back yard! The space This centrally located 2BR home in a family-friendly neighborhood off of the main road in Steubenville is within 1 mile of churches, restaurants, stores, 5 min. from FUS, and 20min. from Star Lake. It has everything you need to gather, eat, play games, and rest--1 king bed, 2 twins, a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary snacks, coffee and tea, living room with smart TV, dining room, fenced-in backyard, bonus space accessed via a spiral staircase, and a game room in the basement with W/D units. Guest access Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note The front door of the home is only accessible via a steep outdoor staircase leading to the front porch. Please use caution and hold onto the railing when scaling both these stairs and the spiral staircase inside. Similarly, the driveway has a steep slope. As such, please use your e-brake if choosing to park in the driveway. Otherwise, parking on the road in front of the house is also permissible--just avoid parking in the neighbor's handicap parking spot across the street. Further, there is a structural beam that is low going toward the washer and dryer unit in the basement. If headed this way, please use caution and avoid hitting your head. Check-out instructions: -Collect all used bedding and towels and put in the kitchen/by the basement stairs -Wash any used dishes / start the dishwasher -Wipe down stovetop if used -Close any open windows -Put trash in the outdoor receptacle by the side of the road -Lock all doors
