The ultimate getaway from it all. Enjoy sunsets and breathtaking views in 3,300 sq.ft log home with gourmet kitchen + fireplace—35 acres surrounded by llamas, goats, cows wild turkeys, deer, bobcats and birds, located in rural picturesque Huasna Valley, 25 min. from downtown Arroyo Grande/Pismo Beach, nearby wineries and Lopez Lake. The space THE LOG HOUSE: The log cabin has many delightful features, such as large gardens and goldfish pond, dramatic stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen for entertaining, 6 bedrooms as well as a separate 1 bedroom guest suite. The house accommodates up to 12guests. The first level is a 1 bedroom apartment suite with living room and sofa bed. 2nd level includes a large gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, 1 bath and 2 private queen bedrooms. Finally the 3rd floor has a reading nook, 1 private room with single and twin bed, 1 common space with 2 twin beds, and private 1 king suite with master bath and juliette balcony. Large decks and gardens off the main entrances with spectacular hilly views. There is a Traeger grill. Please use the pellets provided. DO NOT use charcoal for this type of grill Wifi sonos audio system Nest thermostat 32" LED with Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu and HBO accounts enabled Due to septic and water restrictions, MAX 12 PEOPLE including infants/children. THE RANCH GROUNDS: We also have a petting pen with llamas and goats where kids and adults can spend time feeding and interacting with the animals. The 35 acre property includes a 30-40 min trail on the hills behind the house. Guest access The log house is located on hilly 35 acres, with an adjacent house about a 5 minute walk away, with a workshop and a barn in between each. The house is well secluded, private and hidden by lovely oaks and a ravine. Feel free to explore the hills and say hello to the wild turkeys during a morning walk or grab the picnic basket and a blanket for an afternoon hike. Please be aware of the wildlife on the property. Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach, the nearest towns, are a half hour drive away so make sure you stock up on food, beverages, and anything else you need because you won't want to leave once you get here:-) Please make sure to carefully follow driving directions to the property as GPS maps aren't always accurate in this rural area.
