Sett Cottage - Peak District

Sett Cottage is a unique cosy cottage with a style all of its own. Situated in an elevated position on Kinder Road, it is a few minutes stroll from the centre of Hayfield Village. The village has a great selection of eateries, including the multi-award winning gastro pub The Packhorse Inn. Sett Cottage is the perfect getaway for hiking and mountain biking in the Peak District. There is easy access for Kinder Scout, the Pennine Way, and the Sett Valley Trail from the doorstep. The space Sett Cottage is a traditional worker's stone cottage, within the pretty village of Hayfield, and is a great place to stay for your holidays all year round. The Living Room has a wood burning stove for those cosy winter evenings, and an outside seating area for those balmy summer evenings. In the master bedroom there is a large copper bath, great for those who want to rest and relax (especially after a day on the hill). Downstairs there is a wet room and upstairs an extra w.c. The cottage is suitable for up to 4 persons. It has two bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and the smaller bedroom with a small double. Please be aware that it is quirky in nature, so there is a low ceiling on the stairs, watch your head :). We look forward to welcoming you. Other things to note Please note that the stairs in the cottage are steep and may not be suitable for guest with mobility issues or unsupervised toddlers.
