The apartment is located on the ground floor and is quiet and excellently air-conditioned by the thick walls. The building was renovated in 2022 and there are 5 apartments in it. The space The apartment is entered through its own apartment door. The entrance leads directly into the cooking and dining area. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen and on the right is a table for 2 people. The room is 16 sqm. Adjacent to this is the living and sleeping area. Two single 90 x 200 cm beds are available in this room. There is a TV and options to store clothes and bags. Everything looks very cozy. The private bathroom is located next to the living and sleeping area, here you will find a washbasin, shower and toilet. We provide our guests with a starter pack of personal care products. Everything is newly renovated. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us. Guest access Access from the building leads to the building at ground level via the house access.
