The apartments are connected with a staircase inside. Each holiday apartment as well as the garden shed is fully equipped. The main house has a veranda with a view of the valley on both floors, which is accessible from every room. The garden shed has a bedroom / living room with a double bed and a sauna. The sauna can optionally also be used as a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a former chicken coop ("funky chick club") outside. This was converted into a bedroom and has a double bed. The hut and the ex-hen house are heated. A heated bathroom is available exclusively for the hut on the ground floor of the main house. The villa is geographically located between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt, 5 minutes by car from Greding with all shops, 10 minutes to Beilngries on the Main-Danube Canal / Altmühl and other lovely cities. The location is very quiet in the middle of the wonderful Altmühltal nature park. The two wonderfully large, light-flooded apartments with a completely south-facing location are easy to relax and enjoy. You can charge your electric car at the wall box in the large garage on the left. A cot, high chair, table tennis table and deck chairs / desk chairs are in the small garage on the right. The next larger cities of Greding (4km) and Beilngriess (9km) can be easily reached by car or bike.
