It’s Home away from home, beautiful secluded neighborhood, only 20 min from both airports, 5 min off the I-15 Freeway, quick access anywhere, ski canyons, bike trails, restaurants, outlets, shopping, grocery stores, parks, and entertainment close by. We added this guest house in 2023, it’s a two story with a bedroom, bathroom, 65’ TV on each level, great for sharing with friends. Guest house not connected to main house, a private driveway to a big park like yard, on site parking with security. The space New Construction guest house, two levels, with tall 30’ vaulted ceiling, a bedroom, bathroom and 65’ TV on each level. Main level has full size kitchen, laundry, living room a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs has a bedroom with bathroom. Very quiet and private. Beautiful back yard. Lots of parking. Guest access You'll enjoy the entire guest house, this house sits on the South side of main house behind the 4th car garage. Park in front of Black Gate and head down the private driveway to the back yard, your entrance is on the back side, look for the big brown door. Other things to note Private on site parking with security cameras. This guest house is not connected to the main house, very private it has two levels with bedroom, bathroom and 65’ TV on each, Lots of parking for extra use.
