Nossa Casinha op t Landgoed Baars – luxury in the woods We decorated Nossa Casinha with love as a place to really relax and unwind. You have a fenced forest garden here, without other cottages in sight, only nature. Inside is light and spacious thanks to the unique large windows. Enjoy underfloor heating, a luxury kitchen and a rain shower with Rituals products. Discover the Woldberg, Eese, the Weerribben and Giethoorn. We hope you feel at home here as much as we do! The space Our cozy vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in nature in the wooded (and fireworks-free) park 't Landgoed Baars. Here is an overview of the spaces you have at your disposal. * Bedrooms* Master bedroom: a cozy room with comfortable box spring beds and plenty of closet space. Second bedroom: equipped with two single beds and closet space Third bedroom: a bunk bed, especially suitable for children, and a spacious built-in closet. Good to know: all windows have screens, so you can sleep comfortably without being eaten by mosquitoes. *Kitchen & dining area* A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, induction stovetop, combi-oven, Nespresso machine and kettle, dishwasher. Basics such as dishes, cookware and herbs are provided. A cozy dining area with a round table and comfortable armchairs on one side and a nice dining bench on the other. Perfect for long, relaxing meals or evening games. *Living room* A cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa (with a relaxing position) and armchair. Cozy atmosphere with natural materials. TV & WiFi available for entertainment and relaxation. *Bathroom* A modern bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. Clean towels and Rituals toiletries included. *Outdoor space* Private terrace with unobstructed views and forest garden with seating, ideal for enjoying the fresh air. There is also a trampoline, use at your own risk! The garden is bordered by a drainage system of the state forest management. On the terrace side, it is fenced off. Be careful with small children from the forest side! The park is still under construction. The cottage is in a wonderfully hidden corner, so you won't see it, but you can sometimes hear some construction noise. From the forest garden, you can walk or cycle straight into the vast forests. We look forward to hosting you! 😊 Guest access *Complete privacy & extra facilities nearby* At Nossa Casinha, you will have the entire accommodation to yourself. All areas, both indoors and outdoors, are completely private, so you can enjoy your vacation undisturbed. The location is very suitable for guests who are less mobile, but not for guests in a wheelchair. Everything is on the same floor, and the shower also has no high entrance. You can park the car at the door. If you have an electric car, you can charge it in the general parking lot. *Peace & nature on Landgoed Baars* Our accommodation is located on Landgoed Baars, a quiet and natural environment, ideal for guests who want to relax and enjoy the silence. Here you can enjoy hiking, biking and relaxing in the green surroundings. *Facilities at the nearby park Residence De Eese* Would you like some more liveliness or extra facilities during your stay? A short distance away is Residence De Eese, which you can also use as a guest of Landgoed Baars. Here you will find, among other things: ✔️ An outdoor swimming pool to cool off on hot days ✔️ A restaurant for a cozy lunch or dinner ✔️ An animation team (in high season) for the children ✔️ Sports and play facilities such as a playground and mini golf At Nossa Casinha, you can enjoy the perfect combination of tranquility and nature, with the possibility of visiting the coziness and facilities of the nearby park whenever you want. We are more than pleased to welcome you! 😊 Other things to note ℹ ️ Landgoed Baars is still under development, which means that work is still taking place on some parts of the park. Fortunately, you don't have a view of it from the accommodation – you overlook the beautiful forests and fully enjoy the peace and nature. 🚗 Getting around In some cases, the work may affect the accessibility of the cottage. If that is the case, there is no problem! There is an alternative parking space on the forest plot, so you can still easily get to the accommodation.
