This is a very spacious, light and private room with a beautiful king sized bed and a very comfortable pocket sprung mattress. You will have your own bathroom with enough space to have a clothes drier to dry towels and clothes, should you need to. The space This is a lovely large double room with the exclusive use of a bathroom, situated on the first floor of my home. The house is a well maintained Victorian Terrace located within walking distance of Kemptown ‘Village’, ‘Sea Lanes’ (with it’s open air heated pool, restaurant and bar), Beachbox Sauna, and the Laines shopping area (with it’s numerous bars and restaurants). Guest access This room and exclusive use bathroom are situated on the first floor. They open onto a hallway which I use to access the second floor.
