With three bedrooms located upstairs and a sleeper sofa on the main level, the home accommodates families or groups looking to explore the area. **This is a duplex and others stay in the other side. Bedrooms are upstairs and it is 1 bathroom that is downstairs. A/C are window units but it stays cool throughout summer! Other things to note The washer and dryer are in a basement that is VERY OLD. The house is over 10 years old so be very careful. Also, we have window units only and the middle bedroom does not have one. With both running it typically stays very cool.
