Year-Round Lakefront Home with Spacious Apartment Escape to "Captain's Quarters", this newly renovated lakefront getaway on Great Moose Pond with peaceful views, direct water access, and a spacious private apartment above the garage, making it the perfect destination for couples, families, or small groups. The house comes with a large bedroom, plus 2 Queen sofa beds in the living room & sun room to sleep 6. The spacious apartment with full bath & kitchenette can sleep additional 4-6 guests. The space This waterfront property on Great Moose Pond is great for fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating in the summer. Guests can also enjoy ice fishing & snowmobiling in the winter. HOUSE: The house has a large living area with a designated desk for remote work, plus a Queen sofa bed. The bright sun room has an additional Queen sofa bed. The large bedroom has a Queen bed with lake views. The modern bathroom has a large shower with washer & dryer. The house can accommodate 6 guests. APARTMENT: The spacious apartment above the garage has separate entrance with full bath and kitchenette. It comes with a Queen bed, 2 twin trundle beds, full size futon sofa and additional air mattress suitable for 4-6 guests. GARAGE: The garage is heated in the winter for guests to store ice fishing &/or snowmobile gear. We installed a brand new 18K Generac generator for the whole property in case of power outages. If you would like to rent the house only, please inquire and message us for a different rate. Current $250 cleaning fee includes both the house and apartment. Cleaning fee for the house only is $150 and apartment $100. We are pet-friendly & welcome well-behaved pets. $50 per pet fee per trip. maximum 2 dogs. Let us know if you're bringing your pet. Pet bowls for food and water are available. Please do pick up after your pets and keep them off furniture. One thing to note, bugs are normal part of summer in Maine & we cannot control them from getting inside. They are harmless & annoying; it may also appear our space is not 100% clean. Rest assured, the place is squeaky clean before these bugs decide to stay for a visit! Guest access You will have access to the house, the apartment above the garage & one garage bay on the right to store your belongings during your stay, such as, swimming floats, fishing gear, ice fishing gear, ATVs, snowmobiles. If you only rent the house during your stay, the apartment will not be rented out separately. The apartment will not be accessible to you & your guests. However, you will still have access to the one garage bay for your belongings. Other things to note Guest has access to the one garage bay on the right to store your belongings during your stay. It is spacious for your fishing gear, ATVs & snowmobiles. The garage is heated in the winter.
