Detached house in Ulsteinvik with a lovely view!

Welcome to our home in Ulsteinvik! The house is close to forests and mountains, while you are only a short drive away from the city center. Here you have everything you need for a few nice days! If you want to go for a walk, the hiking trails are right behind the house, in the garden you can relax while the children are on the trampoline, and inside the house there is plenty of room for everyone. The space This detached house is 200 sqm + loft/attic, and the rooms are distributed on all floors. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single bed), basement living room with treadmill and piano, full bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and laundry room. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (double bed and office), full bathroom (with shower), living room + TV room, kitchen and dining room Attic/mezzanine: attic living room with playroom, 1 bedroom with double bed. NB - this bedroom has no sun protection. Room for mattresses. The kitchen contains a fridge, hob, oven, kitchen machine, coffee maker (filter), waffle iron and blender. In addition to everything you need of cups, tubs and other equipment. Some basic groceries are available. Other: TV is available both in the basement and on the 2nd floor with access to various streaming services. Nintendo switch in the basement living room. Exercise bike for free use in the basement. Heat pump with the possibility of cooling and heating in the living room on the 2nd floor. Outdoor garden with trampoline and playground equipment. Various outdoor furniture is available on the terrace, in addition to a gas grill. Parking for 3-4 cars. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Guest access The whole house is available, except for some closed-off storage rooms we use for storage. The garage can be used by appointment. Other things to note Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not allowed. For the same reason, we also ask that you do not smoke indoors. As this is our home, there will be personal photos and things in the house. Guests are free to dispose of the house as it is, but we appreciate that everything is treated with respect. The cleaning fee includes laundry + one set of bed linen per person.
