Private room for 2 people, totally independent from our house, no shared rooms, no neighbors. The bedroom has its own entrance, bathroom, toilet and has a private terrace. Parking space available. This home is located in a quiet area close to the seaside and all amenities. Ideal for all your trips to the east of the island and the start of many walks and hikes. You can order a pizza or takeaway meal or have lunch at the restaurant. We'll give you suggestions. Other things to note Location: - The accommodation is located near the seaside (700 m walk). - Close to highways and all amenities: Shopping center, pastry shop, pizzerias, gas station... - The airport is 20 min (29 km) away. - But above all, it is the perfect location to settle down and explore the east of the island, which is known for its many hiking trails, waterfalls & pools, lush vegetation... Indeed, we are located at the bottom of the road that leads to the Takamaka Valley* (UNESCO World Heritage Site). A few minutes from the La Paix, La Mer, and Bassin Bleu pools…, the Grand -Etang, Salazie* & the village of Hell-Bourg* (labeled "most beautiful village in France"), the Voile de la Mariée waterfall, the start of the Nouvelle trail in the Cirque de Mafate*, the Niagara waterfall… You will not be far either to get to the Plaine des Palmistes & admire the Trou de Fer* then the volcano* or on the lava road of Sainte-Rose and the Anse des Cascades... There are many activities: Visit the vanilla plantation, the distillery, the lava tunnels. Rafting, canyoning, water hiking, karting, microlight flight, horseback riding… There are so many things to do in the area and surroundings.
