Stay in a unique valley farmhouse from the 1700s. Bring the whole family or company to this amazing place in a secluded cultural environment with no neighbors other than the forest. Two and four minutes respectively to the nearest swimming lake. 14 minutes to Leksand's summerland and 7 minutes to Leksand city center. Up to 18 comfortable beds spread across four cottages. Wonderful in winter with a fireplace and ski trails and lift a few minutes away. Access to a large lodge with long tables when it rains or at a party, spring to autumn, not heated! The space Cabin 1, in the main cabin there is the master bedroom, bedroom 1, upstairs with a double bed, next to it is bedroom 2, with two single beds. TV and sofa on this floor. Downstairs bedroom 3, has four tar beds, bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, sofa group, TV, bathroom toilet and hand-painted ceilings and walls. Cabin 2, in winter the best location for several dining tables when there are many people, there is a living room, sofa group, TV, DVD, dining area and kitchen area with fridge and freezer, stove and microwave. Bedroom 5, (cabin 8) has two bunk beds and a double bed. Mini kitchen with fridge, sink. No running water and no toilet. Cabin 3, bedroom 6, has 1-2 single beds, separate, no water or toilet. Outdoor toilet with peat is available in the woodshed (cabin 6) if needed. Covered patio with lighting and seating in case of rain. Large lodge for large dinners, parties or gatherings in the rain or late evenings. Not warm in winter. Large property with lawn and room for play, badminton, kubb or sunbathing. Outdoor furniture for many. Large gas grill and a smaller charcoal grill. 4 adult bicycles and two children's bicycles for loan. In winter, it is best to set the table with an extra table in cabin two if there are many of you. If you are a smaller group, it may be possible to rent anyway. Only one group at a time applies, so no shared accommodation. Other things to note There is only one bathroom with shower and toilet in the main building. Rented to one group at a time, larger or smaller. The price is adjusted upwards for more than 8 people and if you are only a few, just let us know and you will get a much lower price!
