Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment during the stay, including: • Coberta Car Vacancy: If you need the vacancy, let me know on the day of the rental so that I can leave the authorization and the registration at the entrance. Otherwise, the vehicle must be parked in a parking spot on the street, in front of the condominium. • Living Room: Spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or watching TV. • Complete Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare your meals, with stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and utensils. • Bedroom: A private room with a comfortable double bed, ideal for a good night's rest. • Bathroom: Two full bathrooms with hot shower and basic amenities. In addition, guests will have access to free parking in the building and will be able to use all common areas of the condominium. The building has a 24-hour concierge, offering security and practicality. The communication with me will be done via website chat, and I respond as soon as possible. Other things to note Important 💡 Note: • Vehicle Vacation: If you need the car seat, let me know on the day of the rental so that I can leave the authorization and register at the concierge and guide how to access the vacancy. If not informed in advance, the vehicle must be parked in the space in front of the condominium (on the street). • Access Card: To use the car in the building, you need a pass card, which I will arrange with guests on where to pick it up. Please note: If the card is lost or not returned at the agreed place, a fee of 300 reais will be charged. • Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers the standard cleaning of the property, but we ask guests to wash the dishes and dispose of the trash before check-out. If excessive dirt is present, an additional fee may be charged.
