A relaxing break awaits at Oak Tree Lodge - a modern, eco-friendly, peaceful retreat, with hot tub, private outside space and optional use of indoor sauna £20/day. A Luxury Super king (or 2 singles) bedroom plus lounge/kitchenette with sofa bed. Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside alongside Hillside Animal Sanctuary. Powered by solar panels for a net zero stay. EV charging available onsite. Only 7 miles to the Centre of Norwich and 15 miles to the Award winning beach at Sea Palling. The space Oak Tree Lodge is a one bedroomed (Super King zip and link bed, so can be two singles) two storey attached house. It is 'sandwiched' between my own attached home and a neighbouring property. It has it's own entrance, it's own parking space and Electrical Vehicle charging at £10 per overnight charge. It is a modern property with hallway with downstairs toilet and sink, Stairs to first floor, access to the Private Sauna (additional charge of £20 per day) and doorway to Lounge/Kitchen area with full size under counter fridge, Two ring Induction Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Tassimo Coffee machine with pods, selection of Teas, coffees and biscuits. There is a wall mounted Smart TV and small Sofa Bed which could be used as additional sleeping for one guest (extra charge per person per night) Please note, the accommodation only has a dining table for 2 people, but an additional chair could be added indoors and outdoors (upon request). The accommodation is not suitable for 4 adults. It has sliding patio doors leading to the West facing private garden with bistro table and two chairs which overlooks open countryside and electric Hot Tub. A High chair and cot are available upon request. Please note: No Smoking, Vaping or e-cigarettes inside, or within the boundaries of the property. Oak Tree Lodge is not a 'Party' House and I would ask Guests to respect the peace and quiet of the surrounding area and my one neighbour and not to play Loud music outside at anytime. Thank you.
