Whether you seek adventure or tranquility, this cozy home is the perfect base for your west coast getaway. The space The cottage is spread across two floors: First Floor: You'll find a bedroom with a double bed, plus an alcove with a cozy sofa bed. Attached to this space is another bedroom with two single beds, as well as the bathroom. Second Floor: This level features the kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a small sleeping area with a single bed. From here, you can also step out onto the balcony, which overlooks the patio. Guest access This listing offers the entire home to guests. Other things to note Our lovely cottage has been around for over 100 years, and while it has plenty of charm, it’s not built for big gatherings. To keep it standing strong for many more years, we have a strict no-party policy. This isn’t the place for wild nights, but rather for peaceful mornings, cozy evenings, and making quiet, beautiful memories. We also allow one pet to stay in the cottage. However, we cannot provide any supplies for the animals and ask that guests clean up after their pets. Thank you for respecting our historic home!
