The sleeping arrangements include a large king bed in the living area plus two caravan rooms attached, each with queen beds. A separate third caravan room “the Bali Villa” is nestled into the surrounds a few steps away down the hill and melds into the environment perfectly. There are many interesting museum quality collectibles. Large open spaces flow out onto an extensive timber deck which also has an undercover areas. It has a fully function kitchen with 2 fridges, a large oven and microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The building is very quirky and has been very cleverly designed throughout, it is accessed at the end of f a dirt road. It has a deck with outstanding views where you will find chairs, sun loungers, umbrella and a fire pit. Note this area is high risk of fire danger and so we ask that you are extra careful and never leave a lit fire unattended. We have plenty of fire wood for you to use. This property is also not suitable for children under the age of 10 years. No parties and no noise from 10pm - 7am. Minimum 3 night stay. The property a has stunning walking trail throughout the surrounding bushland. The property is located within a 55 min drive from the M1 Wahroonga interchange/Sydney and is within a 40 min drive to mainstream shopping centres ie: Tuggerah Westfield and from Gosford. Explore the local area and you will discover the Laguna Trading Post and Historic Wollombi village closeby Other things to note STRICTLY NO PARTIES AND NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM AT NIGHT.
