ACCESSIBILITY & FULL AMENITIES 🚗🔑 Access to the rustic is via a small sloping road that crosses the woods, ensuring an authentic sense of immersion in nature. It is accessible by car, but caution is recommended, especially with lowered vehicles. The entire property is at your complete disposal, for an experience of relaxation and wellness without compromise. Guest access Access to the entire property Other things to note CLEANING FEES The cleaning fee of € 50.00 will be required in cash upon your arrival. PETS FEE Four-legged friends are welcome, they will find a small paradise all to themselves. We ask for a small supplement of €10.00 per day per pet for the extra cleaning that will be done at the end of the stay. We would prefer to host dogs that do not exceed 20 kg each, up to a maximum of two animals per stay. Otherwise, please let me know and we will evaluate what to do together. STAY SAFE AND QUIET It is important to remember to always approach the gate when returning or exiting the rustic is to close it with the appropriate stop to avoid the passage of wild animals such as roe deer wild birds. ACCESSIBILITY & FULL AMENITIES Access to the rustic is allowed by a small sloping road that will seem to go into the woods, which from the end of Via Tossello will take you to your refuge. It is possible to drive along the road but it is necessary to walk it carefully, especially with lowered cars. The entire property is at guests' disposal, for a complete experience of comfort and privacy. For stays longer than 7 nights, linen change is included in the price. NOTES ON LIGHTING FIRES AND USING THE INTERNAL CHIMNEY The property is located in a wooded area, so it is forbidden to light outside to avoid potential fires. The property prohibits the use of the internal fireplace to avoid potential internal hazards related to its improper use. OUTDOOR BARBECUE You can carefully use the outdoor barbecue provided, but with the use of charcoal for barbecue (no wood). Please clean and tidy it up after each use.
