Edderside Hall is a large Georgian house set in the heart of an AONB in Cumbria. Situated close to the Solway plain, and a 30 minute drive to Keswick, the house sleeps up to 18 people. It provides spacious and comfortable accommodation and its extensive grounds offer breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside towards Skiddaw. Edderside Hall is the perfect retreat for families and large groups looking to explore the Lake District, Scottish Borders, and Cumbrian coastline The space Ground Floor: • Living/Dining Room: A spacious and inviting room with an open fire. • Kitchen: Well-equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, Aga, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, ideal for catering for a large group. • Conservatory: (2 steps) Featuring a Freeview TV, and patio doors leading to the garden, offering a bright and airy space to unwind. Separate Toilet and utility with washer dryer are off the conservatory area. • Bedroom 1: Super kingsize bed First Floor: • Bedroom 2: Kingsize bed and additional single bed. • Bedroom 3: Double bed. • Bedroom 4: Double bed. • Bedroom 5: Three single beds. • Bathroom 1: Walk in shower, toilet and sink • Bathroom 2: Walk in shower, toilet and sink . Second Floor: • Bedroom 6: Super kingsize bed and additional single bed. • Bedroom 7: Double bed and additional single bed. • Bathroom 3: Bath with shower attachment and toilet. To help with cleaning we prefer Friday check-in. At certain times of years we may be able to offer flexibility so please message to check if this is an option and we will do our best to accommodate you.
