The space This beautiful property is near to the beaches of Seamill and Ardrossan, across from a fishing reservoir and set within hundreds of acres of private farmland. Coalhill Farm Byre is a completely self-contained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow with private garden, parking, BBQ, outdoor eating area, patio and children’s play area. With uninterrupted views to the coast, your only neighbours will be the farms friendly alpacas, goats and highland cows. Sleeping 4 guests, this is the perfect property to enjoy a family, friends or couples break. Accessed from ground level and ground level throughout, The Byre is a great holidaying option for those with mobility issues or with young children. A spacious living area open plan to the kitchen offers ample relaxation space with large comfortable couches, a coffee table and large smart TV. Games, books and a radio are provided. The kitchen is equipped for cooking up a storm with all mod cons including a dining/eating area with fridge freezer, cooker, hob & extractor, Cosori Air Fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washer drier and Dolce Gusto coffee machine with complementary pods. The lounge has patio doors to the patio area and outdoor eating space with a large table and comfortable benches to enjoy al fresco dining. The family BBQ is pre-loaded with charcoals and BBQ utensils are provided. All you need to bring is the food! The highlight of this property has to be the fully enclosed private luxury hot tub in its own all weather hot tub house. There is space for storing the complementary towels, robes and slippers, whilst you lie back and relax in the bubbles enjoying the views of the Ayrshire countryside and coastline. Your hot tub is exclusively yours 24 hours a day. Outside you will also find a children’s play area with swings, a climbing area and a slide. Bedrooms are adaptable to accommodate couples, singles and families with zip and link beds that can be made up as either 1 superking or 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and make up area with Hollywood mirror and hairdryer. All bedrooms have fitted mirrored wardrobes, storage space and smart TVs. A safe is provided for storing your valuables. Housekeeping items including an iron and vacuum cleaner. A drying rack and outdoor whirligig is available for clothes and towel drying. The second bathroom with shower can be found off the hallway. The entrance hallway provides ample storage space for outdoor clothes and boots. WiFi is free for guests and the code is provided prior to arrival. A high chair and travel cot is available. Complementary Highland Soap Co. toiletries including shower gel and shampoo included.
