Basement Retreat by the Airport

Welcome to Basement Retreat by the Airport, a peaceful and private apartment designed for relaxation and comfort. This thoughtfully furnished space offers a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business guests. Enjoy a spacious living area, kitchenette and a comfortable bedroom to ensure a restful stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local attractions, dining, and public transportation, Basement Retreat is your ideal home away from home. The space Basement Retreat is located on the lower level of our four-bedroom home, which is exclusively used for guest accommodations. While the house itself is a shared space, the Basement Retreat is designed as a private apartment and offers the option of a designated private entrance from the driveway. Guests may also use the main entrance of the house to access the apartment. The apartment includes a kitchenette (no stove). Guests are welcome to use the stove in the shared first-floor kitchen. Guest access Check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival. The property offers contactless entry via a six-digit smart lock code, allowing guests to check in any time after 3:00 PM. Other things to note Laundry Access Policy: Our washer and dryer are available only for guests with a minimum stay of 4 nights. This policy helps us manage utility costs and ensures that our accommodations remain affordable for all guests. Guests staying fewer than 4 nights are expected to handle their laundry before arrival or use a nearby laundromat. Thank you for your understanding.
