Poolside Retreat

This beautiful newly built guest retreat is at the back of the main home, with its own private guest entrance. Situated only minutes from beautiful beaches, a beautiful lake perfect for picnics, fishing, swimming, barbecues, a skate park, walking/hiking trails, the koala hospital, a zoo, wineries, nurseries and restaurants. If you don’t feel like going out, no need to, just relax at home, watch a movie, enjoy a barbecue or swim/relax in the outdoor heated swimming pool. The space There are 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms with ample storage space and comfortable double beds, one bedroom overlooks the pool. A cozy lounge with TV/movie channels, free WIFI overlooking the outdoor dinning/pool area. There will be a toaster, kettle, microwave, mini fridge/freezer available and items for a light breakfast provided consisting of bread/ condiments/cereals/milk/tea/coffee. A spacious bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, bath towels and pool towels. An outdoor barbecue and outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water, a gas stove and basic kitchen utensils. Please note there is no indoor kitchen. The entire back area will be accessible during your stay and is private to guests. The host may need to access the back yard to tend the garden or pool maintenance as necessary. Safe on street parking is available in front of the house. Guest access Guest can park on the street in front of the main house, then walk along the side of the house through the double gates to the private guest entrance at the back of the house. Enter the accommodation through the glass sliding door. The entire guest area is private and locked from access to main house. Other things to note Please read instructions on wall for opening and closing of verishade blinds. Please call hosts if assistance is required. Please be advised that we are no longer excepting bookings from families with young kids under age 10 due to safety concerns. There are small glass lamps scattered around in the bedrooms for ambiance that could fall and injure young children as well as having a glass coffee table in the lounge that could possibly hurt young children during play.
