The large terrace with adjoining meadow, which can be accessed via the entrance staircase, is shared with the apartment "Waldgeflüster". On the opposite side of the house is the new, quiet playground. Guests have access to the apartment via an external staircase and an additional staircase in the entrance area. Free parking is right in front of the house. The building is located in the middle of the small village of Nitztal. Directly adjacent are popular hiking and cycling trails. On the opposite side of the street is the newly built quiet children's playground. Below the house flows the idyllic Nitzbach. In Mayen, only 7 km away, visitors will find numerous shopping and entertainment options as well as restaurants. With about 170 inhabitants, Nitztal is the smallest district of Mayen and is traversed by the idyllic Nitzbach. Less than 3 km away is the picturesque Bürresheim Palace. The location in the valley with the surrounding forests make Nitztal a real haven of peace. At the same time, various popular hiking and cycling trails cross the place.
