Your Paradise awaits The space Designed with couple, solo person and/or families in mind for both comfort and convenience, this space has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features two inviting bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils—perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Rest easy in the master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, or unwind in the second room with two twin-sized beds, accommodating up to 4 guests in the apartment. Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with a TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows, whether you're in the living room or relaxing in bed. You will be able to access and use the whole condo: the two bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, the kitchen and the utensils, living room, balcony, social area of the building, swimming pools, etc. For stays of 7 days or more, you’ll enjoy the convenience of a laundry room stocked with detergent and a top-of-the-line washer and dryer to keep your clothes fresh throughout your visit. We’ve taken care of all the essentials to ensure a hassle-free stay. Pamper yourself with complimentary shampoo, soap, body wash, and conditioner on each bathroom. With air conditioning in every room, stunning ocean views, and high-speed WiFi, this space is perfect for both relaxation and remote work. While the air conditioning ensures comfort, we also suggest opening the sliding doors to enjoy the refreshing breeze and natural surroundings turning off the A/C. Other things to note: Please ask the staff for the swimming conditions in the beach at the moment of your arrival. Depending on the time of the year, it might be recommended that you swim in the pool instead of the beach, for safety reasons. We suggest that you abstain from swimming at the beach unless you consider yourself a good swimmer. However, in case you still plan to swim at the beach, just let Jesus (the unofficial lifeguard) know and he will keep an eye on you. Also, from December to May it's high cricket season in Montañita. Not to be confused with cockroaches, crickets are usually small to medium size insects that make funny noises specially at night. While we do fumigate regularly between bookings, you might still find one in the apartment. If it bothers you, feel free to let us know and we’ll take care of that. And don’t worry—your designated parking spot will be ready and waiting, making your arrival stress-free! Important House Rules & Considerations: Please avoid clothes or towels on the balcony at all times; this is strictly prohibited by the condominium’s rules a penalty will be applied to us (the owners) and we will be forced to pass it to you if applicable. Guests are expected to follow all Playa Blanca condominium rules during their stay, with no exceptions regarding balcony use. **Pets, additional visitors, or extra guests are not permitted in the apartment without prior approval. **As we do not charge a huge cleaning fee, we kindly ask that you return the kitchen and apartment organized, ensuring everything is tidy and in order for the next guest.
