The brand new marble and travertine bathrooms will be stocked with all toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, body wah) and towel sets; the bedrooms have 500 thread count white cotton sheets and high quality bedding; the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs with gorgeous dishes and glassware, and we always provide several tea and coffee options. We always have fresh gourmet beans and coffee grinder available to make sure you start your day off right! COVID Cleaning Procedures! In addition to our regular, full cleanings between guests, we are doing additional sanitizing to all surfaces, door knobs, appliances, etc. throughout the home. We ventilate all areas of the home as well. We also have high-thread count white bedding, linens and towels that are washed on the highest temperature with bleach added to remove any potential bacteria or pathogens. The home features - 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, each has their own full sized closets and spaced separately for privacy - 2 brand new full bathrooms - upstairs is a marble and subway tile finish with a clawfoot iron tub and separate rainshower, downstairs has a travertine bathroom with a large walk-in luxury rainshower - Ground floor living area with smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime available), magazines and books - Open kitchen and dining area - seats 6 - Private backyard with grill, stone patio with outdoor furnishings and access from driveway (locked for privacy with gate) and from ground floor bedroom. - Large washer, dryer - Parking for 2 cars in driveway with closable wrought iron fence and additional off street parking All guests have access to the entire home and the back yard. There is a locked fence for privacy and a separate entrance to the patio from the downstairs bedroom. We'll be available directly via text or phone for any of your questions or needs! There is an old world charm about Ohio City - a strong-knit community where you'll find people taking a walk with their small kids or their dogs, out for a run, grabbing coffee at the great local coffee shops (a 4 minute walk!) and enjoying the local restaurants and bars. Whitman Avenue is a gorgeous tree lined street with traditional colonial style homes. Our Map shows many of Ohio City's hot spots so please check it out! The home is located 2 minutes off the highway and a few minutes from downtown Cleveland. We are surrounded by restaurants and cafes all within a couple minutes walk and only a 10 minute walk to the famous West 25th Street filled with restaurants, ice cream parlor, the West Side Market, as well as a large grocery store, Dave’s. Driving times to the Stadium or other venues downtown is 5 minutes - the Cleveland Clinic is 10 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are always available day and night around Ohio City and only a couple minutes’ away when you order! How to use the NEST thermostat located downstairs next to our Salon Bedroom: -Nest thermostats don’t have a touch screen. Use it just like a normal thermostat, turn the round knob to the right when you want it a little warmer, and turn it to the left when you want it a little cooler. To activate it, press the thermostat ring towards the wall (push in) and then you can modify the heat/AC setting. If you change any settings, just press the thermostat ring towards (in) again.
