Comfort, nature, and convenience—your perfect city retreat awaits! 🌿✨ The space 🏡 Main House 2 Bedrooms – Comfortable and cozy, perfect for families or groups. Living Area – A bright, welcoming space to relax. Kitchen – Fully equipped for your cooking needs. Bathroom – Modern and clean with hot water. 🌊 Outdoor Spaces Shared Pool – Refreshing and surrounded by greenery. Garden – A serene space to unwind. Kid-Friendly Play Area – With a swing and playhouse. 👨‍👩‍👧 Additional Details Our staff (night watchman, gardener, and housekeeper who can cook!) live on-site. Another tenant lives in a separate space at the back of the property. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house and wooden cottage, except for one locked bedroom in the main house where we store personal belongings, and the garage. Enjoy the shared pool, lush garden, and outdoor play area, as well as all common spaces, including the living room, kitchen, and veranda. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or exploring Kampala, you'll have plenty of space to unwind in this peaceful retreat. Other things to note Smoking inside is strictly forbidden. No parties allowed! Max 6 external guests Please keep in mind that we have a chicken and a Labrador puppy on the premises. Only two cars are allowed to park inside the premises. This is to ensure parking for other people living on the property. No filming or photo shoots allowed. We rent the entire house for shoots for 500 USD per day. We do not have an inverter or generator. Although Bugolobi is a high-priority neighbourhood and our power is fairly stable, power cuts do occur.
