This charming, period beach house offers the perfect seaside retreat with breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views and sun all day long. The Space Our home combines timeless charm with all the comforts of modern living. The south-facing beach garden is the crown jewel of the property, featuring three terraces for al fresco dining and relaxing at any time of day. The beach is just steps away, accessed via a slipway along the sea wall – perfect for early morning strolls or sunset walks. Inside, the house is cozy and well-equipped, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Ground Floor: A large living space with two seating areas – one facing the sea and the other centered around a (non functioning) fireplace – plus a dining area perfect for family meals. The kitchen is a cook’s delight, with a range cooker, breakfast bar, and direct access to the terrace. First Floor: Two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and a large family bathroom featuring a separate shower and bath. Second Floor: A private retreat with a double bedroom, a shower room, and a cozy landing sitting area to relax or read. To the front, there’s parking for one car (two by prior arrangement) and a raised patio entrance. The garden to the rear is fully dog-proof, so you can bring your furry family member along for the adventure. Amenities & Location Situated on the Number 1 bus route, with a bus stop just 100 yards from the house for easy access to St. Helier and Gorey. A Co-op supermarket is a convenient 2-minute walk away, making it effortless to shop without a car. A family member, Nick, resides in an adjoining single-story flat with a separate entrance and no shared spaces. Nick is available for any questions or local advice but ensures your privacy – he’s there if you need him and unseen if you don’t! Why You'll Love It This home is truly all about location and charm.
